Introduction

Overview

Lumivex Capital Partners (“Lumivex,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard personal information when you visit our websites, investor portals, mobile experiences, or communicate with our teams.

We designed this page to be readable — not a maze of clauses. If something remains unclear, our privacy team is available at the contact details below.

Who this covers

Prospective and current investors, website visitors, career applicants, press contacts, and anyone who interacts with Lumivex digital services.

02

What we gather

Information Collection

We collect information in three primary ways: what you provide, what we obtain automatically, and what we receive from trusted partners where permitted by law.

Information you provide

  • Identity & contact — name, email, phone, mailing address, preferred language.
  • Investor onboarding — KYC/AML documentation, accreditation status, tax residency, and related compliance data.
  • Financial preferences — investment interests, growth preferences, and allocation goals you share with advisors.
  • Communications — messages sent via contact forms, chat, email, or scheduled calls.
  • Careers — résumés, portfolios, and interview notes when you apply for roles.

Information collected automatically

  • Device & log data — IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, and timestamps.
  • Usage analytics — pages viewed, session duration, scroll depth, and feature interactions (in aggregated or pseudonymized form where possible).
  • Approximate location — derived from IP for security, localization, and fraud prevention.

We do not sell

Lumivex does not sell personal information for monetary consideration.

Sensitive data

Sensitive categories are collected only when required for regulatory or contractual obligations.

03

04

Preferences & tracking

Cookies

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep sessions secure, remember preferences, and understand how our digital experiences perform. Where required, we request consent before non-essential cookies are set.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, our cookie preference center. Disabling essential cookies may limit core functionality.

05

Who we work with

Third Parties

We share personal information only with carefully selected partners who help us operate securely — never for indiscriminate advertising networks.

  • Service providers — cloud hosting, identity verification, payment processors, CRM, and analytics under contractual confidentiality.
  • Professional advisors — legal, audit, and compliance counsel bound by professional secrecy.
  • Regulators & authorities — when disclosure is required by law, court order, or supervisory request.
  • Corporate transactions — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset transfer, subject to appropriate safeguards.
International transfers

Where data moves across borders, we apply appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses, adequacy decisions, or equivalent mechanisms recognized under applicable law.

06

How we protect

Security

We apply administrative, technical, and physical controls calibrated to the sensitivity of the data we hold, and we continuously strengthen our security practices.

Encryption

TLS in transit; encryption at rest for sensitive stores.

Access control

Role-based permissions, MFA for privileged systems.

Monitoring

Logging, anomaly detection, and incident response playbooks.

Vendors

Due diligence and contractual security requirements.

If we become aware of a breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and regulators as required by applicable law.

07

Your control

User Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights under GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, and similar frameworks. We honor valid requests without discrimination.

  • Access Request a copy of personal information we hold about you.
  • Correction Ask us to rectify inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Deletion Request erasure, subject to legal retention obligations.
  • Restriction / Objection Limit certain processing or object to specific uses.
